Sword with guard

Silver spherical pommel cane with flower and gadroon decoration mounted on a Malacca rush, the upper part of which bears an etched sword blade marked "Toledo" and engraved "O. Adam & Cie Fabcts Paris / Marque ..." with a similarly decorated straight folding guard; lower part of the shaft with nickel-plated metal ferule. Bibliography: C.
