Woman and fantastic animal

An ivory cane with a tau-shaped handle, one end of which is decorated with the head of a fantastic animal, ridden by a woman, and the other with a baby's head. The woman carries the attributes of the hunt: quiver and arrows.
German work, end of 16th and beginning of 17th century.
